Made with fresh Mullein (Verbascum densiflorum) leaves grown on our farm.

A tincture is typically an extract of a plant made using ethanol (ethyl alcohol) and they are taken internally with a little water or fruit juice. Tinctures are favoured by most herbalists when making up herbal mixtures for patients and are believed to present the herbs in the most available form for absorption by the body. The many herbalists who grow their own herbs generally make tinctures with the fresh herb as it has a wider range of constituents by including any lost during the drying process.

Our tinctures are bottled here on the farm and are useful as food supplements offering support for various body systems.
